Relax
A friend of mine, Jo said to me once;
"Relax your shoulders."
This is something I now tell myself throughout my day. It brings me back to the moment I live in, allows me to be more self aware, and breathes ease into my mind and body.
I pass this idea on to you.
Take a moment, breathe in and with the out breath;
Relax your shoulders.
Try other phrases suggested to me by friends such as:
Relax your jaw.
Soften your shoulders.
Relax your eye-brows.
Find what works for you.
Be self aware.
Notice. Recall. Practice.
